Spare parts warehousing
Immediate repair
We have two repair centers in the Benelux, both complete with a spare parts warehouse. Always having the needed parts available enables us to initiate the repair right away, this reduces the waiting time for the policyholder. If we cannot fix a product we will provide your customer with an immediate replacement with the same or an equivalent model, also called a refurbished device with warranty.
