Our drivers are on the road 24/7. Delivery and collection is therefore even possible within 4 hours of notification. An attractive option is our AnyTime concept: At a competitive rate an average delivery is within 6 hours at the policyholder doorstep

When we collect a defective product we can immediately deliver a replacement or loan extension. We provide every loan unit with all necessary accessories. On average we return a product after a repair of three to five days.

Flexible timeframes
Where and when it suits your customer
We deliver and collect at any location in the Benelux, at home or at a business address. This can take place between 8 AM and 10 PM any day of the week, so also on Saturday and Sunday. If necessary we can arrange a wider or tighter timeframe ranging from up to 4 to a minimum of 1 hour. The customer chooses the desired timeframe and receives a confirmation. This means your customers don’t have to needlessly stay at home, and we provide optimum clarity concerning the delivery.

Real-time Track & Trace
Exact arrival time
Your customers can track repairs in real-time using our Track & Trace system. This also enables the customers to see the exact delivery time and track the driver’s route using Google Maps and Google.

Updates online, by text message and e-mail
Stay informed
On the day of delivery your customer is informed of the estimated time of delivery, and 30 to 60 minutes before arrival they receive a text message to confirm.
